Selling and letting important whole and significant portions of palaces for the art world has become an important aspect of our work.

With exponential growth in the Venice Art Biennale, International Galleries, Art Foundations and Private Collectors now consider Venice a top location for permanent Gallery or Foundation space. In addition we are seeing the design of exquisite objets d'art reflecting Venice's rich and varied past in a modernist cadre.

The Palazzina Masieri, an architectural jewel on Venice's Grand Canal, opened in March 2024 with an inaugural exhibition showcasing the works of a dozen artists represented by Galerie Negropontes, in keeping with the spirit of the Masieri Foundation, and symbolising its renewed role within the Università IUAV di Venezia.
